Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Custom or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no additional cost.
